Point A to Point B:
Triptych of Transformation

The exhibition “Point A to Point B: Triptych of Transformation” explores how layers of information, including their manipulation and interruption, impact both the artistic process and the presentation of artworks. By utilizing 3D scans and virtual spaces, it highlights the discrepancies that arise when transitioning from the original piece to its digital representation, showcasing works such as in-progress pieces, imagery of furniture and apparel that only implies bodily experiences, and visual letters intended for future selves.

Structured around "Metamorphic Landscapes," "Genesis," and "Divergent Realities," it examines the transformation of natural materials, the artist's dual role as creator and observer, and how technology redefines time and labor. By emphasizing the agency of both artists and viewers, the exhibition invites us to consider the transformative power of information and the complex journey an artwork takes before reaching our eyes.
